Warranty

BY USING YOUR DACORM PRODUCT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE WARRANTY BELOW.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY, DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT AND RETURN IT WITHIN THE RETURN PERIOD STATED IN DACORM’S RETURN POLICY.

DACORM warrants to original purchasers in the United States and Canada that your new DACORM products contained in the original packaging shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in a home environment for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

What is covered by this warranty?

DACORM’s warranty will ONLY be accepted if the product was purchased at www.dacormmassagegun.com, contained in the original packaging (“DACORM product”) against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with DACORM’s or the manufacturer’s published guidelines for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser (“warranty period”). DACORM’s or the manufacturer’s published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals, and service communications.

What is not covered by this warranty?

  • This warranty does not apply to any products purchased from Amazon, other platforms, and distributors, even if packaged or sold with DACORM hardware. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than www.dacormmassagegun.com, may provide their own warranties to you – please contact them for further information.
  • To batteries or product coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
  • To cosmetic damage, such as scratches and dents, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
  • To damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake, or other external cause
  • To damage caused by operating the Product outside DACORM published guidelines, including (i) outside the permitted or intended uses described by DACORM, (ii) not in accordance with instructions provided by DACORM, or (iii) with improper voltage or power supply.
  • To damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of DACORM.
  • To a Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of DACORM.
  • To defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product.
  • And stolen or counterfeit products.

No DACORM reseller, distributor, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to the product warranty. If any term contained herein is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.

Your Responsibilities / Procedure

2. Before receiving warranty service, DACORM’s customer service team requires that you provide proof of purchase details and an actual photo of the product, respond to questions designed to assist with diagnosing potential issues, and follow DACORM’s procedures for obtaining warranty service.

3. During warranty service, DACORM might require you to send your DACORM product for testing.

4. You are responsible for the cost of shipping, while DACORM will care for the repair services.

Following warranty service, your DACORM product or a replacement device will be sent to you.

Important: do not disassemble the DACORM product. Taking the DACORM product apart may cause damage that is not covered by this warranty.

What will DACORM do in the event the warranty is breached?

If during the warranty period, you submit a claim to DACORM in accordance with this warranty, DACORM will, at its option:

  • repair the DACORM product using new or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability,
  • replace the DACORM product with the same model (or with your consent a product that has similar functionality) formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability,
  • or exchange the DACORM product for a refund of your purchase price.

When a DACORM product or part is replaced or a refund is provided, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced or refunded item becomes DACORM’s property.

DACORM will provide warranty service through email or over-the-phone service. DACORM’s technical team will guide you through testing and fixing your DACORM product.

When applicable shipping costs are required, DACORM will issue an invoice and send you a copy. Using PayPal, you will be able to submit payment, which will be processed within 10 days.

DACORM reserves the right to change the method by which DACORM may provide warranty service to you, and your DACORM product’s eligibility to receive a particular method of service.

Service will be limited to the options available in the country where the service is requested. Service options, parts availability, and response times may vary according to country. You may be responsible for shipping and handling charges if the DACORM product cannot be serviced in the country it is in.

If you seek service in a country that is not the original country of purchase, you will comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations and be responsible for all customs duties, v.a.t., and other associated taxes and charges. Where international service is available, DACORM may repair or replace DACORM products and parts with comparable DACORM products and parts that comply with local standards.

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS) ARE DISCLAIMED.  IF THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION DOES NOT ALLOW WARRANTIES TO BE DISCLAIMED IN THEIR ENTIRETY, THEN, AS MAY BE PERMITTED BY LAW, THEY SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DACORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF DACORM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SOME STATES (COUNTRIES AND PROVINCES) DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
